As a Cape Cod real estate leader, Cotton has built his reputation on the integrity to put his customer first in every single situation. Specializing in luxury properties and Cape Cod's waterfront homes, he has overseen thousands of purchases and sales of Cape Cod Properties. Stressing the importance of continuing professional education, Cotton funded the creation of the Cotton Center for Real Estate studies at Cape Cod Community College in 2006.

Constantly fine-tuning the techniques of the selling and buying process, Cotton continues to strive for new ways to serve his clientele.
