Spanish Property Exhibition at Ribbeck Castle in Berlin

The Spanish property group Grupo VAPF will be taking part in the 1st Spanish real estate fair to be held this coming weekend on the outskirts of Berlin in Germany. Specializing in properties on the Costa Blanca coast of Spain, where Grupo VAPF’s developments are located, the exhibition will also provide an introduction to the Spanish way of life, with wine tasting, flamenco dancing and “tapas”, typical Spanish taster dishes which include Spanish omelette and cured ham.

The event has been organized by ERES, the European Real Estate Service and is to be held at the magnificent Ribbeck Castle, starting at 10am on Saturday the 9^th of April and lasting until 6pm on the Sunday evening, followed by a piano concerto by Antonio Soira to bring an end the event filled weekend.

The show will also include lectures by German/Spanish lawyers covering all topics concerning the purchase of a property in Spain and the screening of a film about the Costa Blanca region.

Grupo VAPF will be presenting the new villa designs that have been produced by its in-house architect and the luxury villa projects marketed by the luxury division Luxury Homes by VAPF to the German prospective buyers, after interest in the Spanish property market from this Northern European country has risen considerably for the first time since the world crisis hit the nation.
